By making this purchase, I am agreeing to rent a bicycle through Bears' Bikes for the school year 2010-2011. The cost of this rental is $180 or $225, which will be charged to my credit card.

In addition, at the time of picking up my bike, I will be responsible for a deposit of $100 for the bike and $20 for the lock (a total of $120). This deposit will be returned to me at the end of the school year, provided that I return my bike in good condition.
